Promoter

  1. The promoter is Prezzee UK Limited (CN 1285 1966) of 49 Greek Street, London W1D4EG (the Promoter). 
  2. Recipient Offer Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter and is not associated with any other brand partners or related entities.

Promotional Period

3. The Promotion will open for entry at 10:00 am (BST) on 12th July 2023 (Commencement Date) and ceases at 10:00 am (BST) on 2nd February 2025 or after 100,000 promotion codes for the Offer have been issued, whichever is earlier (Promotion End Date). 

Offer

4. Eligible recipients will receive a promotional code sent via email that is redeemable for £10 off their first Prezzee Smart eGift Card purchase of £20 or more from www.prezzee.uk or the Prezzee mobile application, available on Google Play and the App Store (the Offer).

Eligibility to Enter 

5. The Offer is available to new customers of the Promoter who have never placed an order on www.prezzee.uk or the Prezzee mobile application prior to the Commencement Date, and who register for an account with the Promoter at www.prezzee.uk/register/ or on the Prezzee mobile application before the Promotion End Date (Eligible Customer) .

6. The Promotion is free of charge, and open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are not existing customers of Prezzee and are aged 18 years or over. 

7. Existing customers, employees, directors, contractors, or related entities of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. 

8. This Offer is limited to the first 100,000 Eligible Customers.

Receiving & Redeeming the Offer

9. Eligible Customers will, within 14 days of registering for an account with the Promoter, receive a promotion code which allows them to redeem the Offer on www.prezzee.uk or the Prezzee mobile application. 

10. The promotion code will be emailed to the email addressed associated with the Eligible Customer’s Prezzee account.

11. The promotion code for the Offer is only valid for 28 days from the date of issue. Once the promotion code has expired, the Offer cannot be redeemed. 

Other Terms

12. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify customers who it reasonably suspects has entered the Promotion multiple times.

13. By entering this promotion, you consent to sharing your email address with the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion.

14. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details. 

15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: 

a. Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any registrants or other person;

b. At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the promotion of all registrants. The Promoter may disqualify registrants who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter. 

c. to refuse registrants which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations;

d. to disqualify registrants who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the promotion.

16. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 

17. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, no entry, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable legislations. 

18. If the code is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the code with another code of equal value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority. 

19. A customer’s use of Offer is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion. 

20. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of each brand and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
